This detached house is very quietly situated on a side street with little traffic.
The owners offer two modern and fully-furnished holiday apartments.
Both apartments have air conditioning, Internet access, satellite TV and a
fully-equipped kitchen with a four-ring hob, oven, crockery, cutlery and tea towels. All the apartments has a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, one or two bathrooms with a shower, WC and washbasin. Satellite TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a DVD player are provided. Bed linen, towels and air conditioning are included in the rental price.

The garden is for the shared use of all guests. On the north side, the shaded side of the house, there is a large grill terrace with a solid wood dining table for up to 12 people to enjoy sociable gatherings. You can spend leisurely evenings with the large drinks fridge and a modern gas grill. There are parking spaces on the 1000m² fenced site. You can share use of a washing machine in the laundry room for a fee. For greater safety, the site is video-monitored day and night. Use of the Wi-Fi Internet connection is free.
The owner’s apartment is also in the house. He is happy to assist with any queries. The apartments are suitable for a holiday with friends or for families with children. Pets are also welcome.
It is about 2000m to the beach and about 1500m to the centre with restaurants and supermarkets.
